Matt Norton

Matt Norton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and engineering management. Currently serving as Director at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since September 2022, Matt previously held the position of Director of Operations at Metron, Inc. from October 2008 to September 2022. Earlier in Matt's career, a role as a Mechanical Engineer was undertaken at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, U.S. Navy from June 1999 to January 2004. Matt holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering and Technology Management from The George Washington University, completed between 2005 and 2008, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, earned from 1995 to 1999.
