Matthew Green

Matthew Green has a diverse work experience in the field of cyber systems engineering and information operations. Matthew started their career as a Navy Cryptologic Warfare Officer in 2006, where they gained expertise in traditional cryptology, C2, and space systems. Matthew served in this role until April 2017.

In 2013, they worked at NIOC Norfolk as a Navy Red Team Division Officer. From November 2014 to August 2015, they also served as a Navy Blue Team Division Officer. Later, from August 2015 to January 2017, they worked as Fleet IO Training Curriculum Manager at NIOC Norfolk.

In 2017, they joined Vector Planning & Services, Inc. as a Navy RMF NQV Manager, a role they held until December of that year. In 2018, they started working at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. as a Cyber Systems Engineer PEO C4I PMW 120 AIS, and they are currently in that role.
