Meredith O’Brien

Meredith O'Brien has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2013, they worked as an intern in the Marine Mammal Care and Training department at the Navy Marine Mammal Program and later at the John G. Shedd Aquarium in the Marine Mammal Department. In 2014, Meredith worked at Camp Run-A-Mutt Chula Vista as an Assistant Manager and later as a Dog Daycare Attendant and Front Desk staff. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Configuration Management Specialist at J2E Technology, LLC, where they provided support in CM tasks for multiple projects and collaborated with teams in the development and compliance of process and product baselines. In 2019, they joined Predicate Logic, Inc. as a Configuration Management Specialist & Technician, managing CM tasks for multiple projects and systems, and aiding in the incorporation of CM throughout the life cycle. Meredith currently works at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (acquired by SPA in 2021) as a Senior Configuration Management Specialist & Data Manager, where they assist in managing CM and DM tasks for multiple projects and ensures accuracy and compliance in program documentation.

Meredith O'Brien attended Elmira College from 2008 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology, General with a concentration in Animal Science. In 2012, they furthered their education at Western Illinois University and completed a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate Program in Zoo and Aquarium Studies in 2013.
