Michael Carter is a seasoned professional in combat systems integration and analysis, currently serving as the Combat Systems Integration Lead at Systems Planning & Analysis since February 2024. Prior to this role, Michael held positions as a Senior Systems Analyst at Parsons Corporation and as a Systems Analyst specializing in Wargames and Exercises at Strategic Alliance Business Group, working with the Missile Defense Agency.
