Mike Mertins

Mike Mertins has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mike currently works as a Program Manager at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since December 2018. In their previous role at Booz Allen Hamilton, Mike served as a Lead Associate from September 2008 to November 2018, where they managed budgeting, personnel management, business development, and client relationships. Before that, they held various roles at JHT, Inc., including Vice President of the Gulf Coast Division from December 2005 to August 2008, Program Manager/Division Director from July 2001 to December 2005, and Senior Instructional Designer from July 1997 to July 2001. Prior to JHT, Inc., Mike worked as an Instructional Designer/Developer at Technical Software Services (Techsoft) from July 1995 to June 1997, and as an Instructional Designer at Anteon Corporation from June 1994 to June 1995. Early in their career, Mike served in the US Army as a Flight Officer (Captain)/Instructor Pilot from April 1984 to June 1990, where they managed and supervised Flight Instructors and Student Aviators.
