Monica Walker

Monica Walker is an experienced Supervisory Program Manager and Task Lead at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since July 2010, specializing in multidisciplinary team management for the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering. Previous roles include serving as the OSD Damage Assessment Management Office Liaison Officer to DC3 and as a Senior Budget and Acquisition Analyst for the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning Program. Monica has a solid background in acquisition analysis, having held senior positions at organizations such as SPARTA, Millennium Engineering & Integration Company, and the Missile Defense Agency, among others. Educationally, Monica is pursuing a Master's degree in Acquisition and Contract Management from Bellevue University and holds a BA in Economics from Hampton University.
