Patrick Cozine has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Patrick began their career as an Aircraft Overhaul Technician in the United States Air Force, where they conducted inspections and repairs on aircraft. Patrick then served as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, specializing in the E-3 Sentry AWACS and KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft. Patrick also worked as a Tool & Part Shift Supervisor, overseeing the reception, storage, and issuance of tools and supplies.
After leaving the military, Patrick transitioned to the civilian sector, joining the US Air Force Reserve as a Quality Assurance Inspector. Patrick implemented rapid problem-solving processes and maintained positive working relationships with management and customers.
Patrick later joined Honda Aircraft Company as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer, responsible for implementing control methods and managing certification processes for aviation products. Patrick then joined General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, where they held various roles including Program Quality Engineer, Composites Quality Engineer, and Processes and Technical Solutions Quality Engineer. In these roles, they developed and implemented quality assurance programs, resolved quality issues, and performed statistical analysis.
Currently, Patrick works at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. as a Test and Evaluation Analyst 5 (Senior Quality Engineer). Their responsibilities include developing and maintaining quality standards, conducting quality assurance tests, and performing statistical analysis.
Throughout their career, Patrick has demonstrated expertise in quality control, inspection, testing, and evaluation. Patrick has collaborated with cross-functional teams, resolved complex issues, and made recommendations for process improvements.
Patrick Cozine has a diverse education history. Patrick began their education at Richlands High School from 1997 to 2001. Afterwards, they attended the Community College of the Air Force from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Aircraft Maintenance Technology. Subsequently, from 2005 to 2010, Cozine pursued their Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they obtained a Master's degree in Aeronautical Science from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, Cozine also holds various certifications related to Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University. Patrick obtained a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification in October 2016, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification in June 2016, and a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification in April 2016.
