Naval Surface Warfare Analysis Group Lead at SPA

Paul Rosbolt has a diverse and extensive work experience in the defense industry. Paul started their career in 1990 as an Executive Officer in the US Navy, where they served during Desert Storm and successfully managed a homeport shift to Yokosuka, Japan. Paul then worked as a Requirements Officer and Financial Coordinator in the Surface Ship Weapons/Platforms Branch of the CNO Staff. In this role, they were responsible for managing a $3B budget and overseeing radar, combat identification, and EO/IR programs.

In 1995, Rosbolt became an Instructor at the Surface Warfare Officers School, where they led ASW instruction and mentored officers assigned to Aegis platforms. Paul then served as Commanding Officer of the USS T.S. Gates CG-51, supervising 350 sailors and successfully completing a Mediterranean deployment with significant interaction with NATO navies and dignitaries.

Paul then worked at Raytheon as a Senior Program Manager, where they won significant contracts and led international projects.

Since 2014, Rosbolt has worked at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc as the Naval Surface Warfare Analysis Group Lead. In this position, they lead a team of 60+ professionals and oversees projects of importance to US and international surface navies.
