Peter Meisl

Peter Meisl currently serves as Principal and Lead Cost Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., where responsibilities include providing cost engineering and Earned Value Management support to programs within the Office of Naval Intelligence, specifically in Acoustic Intelligence and Adversary Characterization. Prior experience includes over three decades at MCR Federal, LLC, where roles ranged from Senior Cost Analyst and Program Manager, delivering Integrated Program Management consulting, to Technical Manager, leading specialized cost engineering studies. Additional roles at MCR involved managing teams of analysts and leading cost research projects that supported military program offices. Peter Meisl holds an M.S. in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and dual B.A. degrees in Business Economics and Chemistry from the University of California, Davis.
