Randy Morgan

Randy Morgan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nuclear weapons technical inspection, policy development, and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since June 2022, Randy holds a robust background in the United States Navy, including roles as Nuclear Weapons Technical Inspector and Policy Liaison for the Commander Pacific Fleet from April 2017 to July 2022. Earlier positions include leadership within the Chief of Naval Operations Undersea Warfare, Strategic Systems Program Headquarters, Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific, and various operational roles on the USS EMORY S. LAND. Randy possesses a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science and Technology and an Associate of Science in Applied Electronic Studies from Thomas Edison State University.
