Sam Leon

Sam Leon currently serves as an Assistant Program Manager and Senior Program Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., starting in January 2024. Previously, Sam worked at Boston Consulting Group as a Lead Knowledge Analyst focusing on Defense and Security from January 2023 to January 2024. From November 2019 to January 2023, Sam was a Senior International Trade Specialist at the U.S. Department of Commerce, specializing in the MEA region within the International Trade Administration's Advocacy Center. A background in defense and security also includes a role as a Weapons System Analyst at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency and as a Research Associate at The Cohen Group. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in International Security from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Georgia.
