Sydney Wolk Eit

Sydney Wolk, EIT has worked as a Systems Engineer II at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Engineer at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company from September 2019 to September 2021. Sydney also gained experience as a Project Engineer Intern at the same company in the summer of 2018. Sydney has also held internships at Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD), where they were a Naval Research Enterprise Internship Program (NREIP) Intern in 2017 and a Science and Engineering Apprenticeship Program (SEAP) Intern in 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Student Intern at NSWCCD from August 2014 to August 2015. Sydney's earlier work experience includes a role as a Lifeguard at American Pool from August 2013 to August 2015. During this time, they maintained surveillance of the facility, performed first aid and CPR, and provided safety information to patrons.

Sydney Wolk, EIT, earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, where they attended from 2015 to 2019. In 2018, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, focusing on Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, Sydney obtained the certification of Engineer In Training from NCEES in September 2021.
