Thomas Monroe

Thomas Monroe, PhD, PE is a highly experienced professional with a background in submarine warfare, undersea weapons programs, and program management. With a strong academic background in engineering management and systems, Thomas has held key roles in various organizations including the National Defense University and NAVSEA. Currently, Thomas serves as a Program Manager and Principal Technical Leader for Risk at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., where Thomas focuses on advancing risk engineering capabilities for the Navy and NNSA.
