Todd J. Hack

Todd J. Hack, MPA, is a seasoned public affairs specialist and analyst with extensive experience in the Navy and various organizations. Currently serving at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. as a Public Affairs Specialist/Analyst for the Navy Talent Acquisition Group Southwest since June 2023, Todd previously held similar roles at Serco and Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. Todd's career in public affairs began with the US Navy, where a decade-long tenure as a Journalist/Mass Communication Specialist culminated in leadership roles in public affairs. Todd also contributed to the VA San Diego Healthcare System, assisting veterans in accessing healthcare through secure messaging. Educated with a Master of Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Washington State University, Todd possesses a strong foundation in public administration and government.
