Wouter Helmink

Wouter Helmink is currently a Senior beleidsmedewerker onderwijs en kwaliteit at Stichting Spaarnesant, a position held since August 2020. Previously, Wouter worked as a leerkracht and intern begeleider at various schools, including OBS Haarlemmerhout, OBS Jan Gijzenschool, and OBS Bos en Vaart. With a strong focus on educational quality and development, Wouter has contributed to the implementation of data-driven approaches and the advancement of inclusive education. Wouter also completed several coaching and leadership programs, reinforcing expertise in educational guidance and leadership.
