Jill Sheldon

Jill Sheldon is an experienced professional with a strong background in coaching, consulting, and leadership education. Since June 2020, Jill has served as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Space Between. Additionally, Jill has held the position of Qualified Administrator for IDI Inventory since January 2019. Jill's extensive career includes roles as a Principal and Coach at Open Road Coaching & Consulting from 2003 to March 2023, and as a Coach and Trainer at JDG Strategic Services for Leaders & Teams, Inc. from August 2009 to June 2022. Jill has also made significant contributions as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Washington, teaching Leadership and Strategy in the Nonprofit Certificate Program until March 2021. Previous roles include Executive Search Consultant at Clover Search Works and Roam Consulting LLC, as well as career coaching and facilitation positions. Jill's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Oberlin College, a Master of Arts from Bastyr University, and certificates in leadership programs from Whidbey Institute and Leadership Tomorrow.
