Stephen West

Stephen West is a Senior Flight Dynamics Engineer at Space Exploration Engineering since February 2021, previously serving as a Flight Dynamics Engineer at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. Stephen has extensive experience in aerospace engineering, including roles at Metis Technology Solutions, Inc., Arizona State University as a Research Associate working on lunar mapping projects, and Los Alamos National Laboratory, where development of advanced neutron/gamma-ray instruments was undertaken. Earlier positions included internships at NASA Kennedy Space Center and Mars Institute, along with flight instruction at FlightGest, Inc., and research at North Carolina State University's BLAST Lab. Stephen holds a Master of Science in Aeronautics/Astronautics from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from North Carolina State University.
