Michael St. Germain currently serves as the Director of Facilities Management at Space Florida since August 2022, following a tenure as Senior Facilities Manager at the same organization. Prior experience includes roles such as Facilities Manager at Astro Pak Corporation from February 2019 to July 2022, and Launch HVAC Technician at SpaceX from June 2015 to February 2019. In the HVAC field, Michael has also held the position of Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Supervisor at American Air & Heat between August 2010 and June 2015. Early career experience includes Community Impact Coordinator at United Way and Production Assistant Intern for the cast and crew of My Families Got Guts at Nickelodeon. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Flagler College and is NATE Certified in HVAC diagnosis, repair, and installation, along with EPA certifications.
