Ron Lau

Ron Lau is an experienced executive with a strong background in corporate development and capital programs, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Space Florida since February 2021. With a career spanning over two decades, Ron has held positions such as Managing Director at Venture X Group, Inc., providing strategic development and venture execution services for a range of companies. Formerly, Ron served as Chief Financial Officer and Strategic Development lead at Servato Corp., where significant achievements included recognition as Frost & Sullivan's 2018 Global Entrepreneurial Company of the Year. Additional roles include Vice President of Strategic Development at Recordant, Inc., and managerial positions at BellSouth Entertainment and Ernst & Young, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Ron holds a JD/MBA from Emory University and a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
