Melanie Stricklan

Melanie Stricklan is a visionary executive and the current Executive Director at Space Workforce for Tomorrow. They previously served as Chief Strategy Officer and Co-founder of Slingshot Aerospace from 2016 to 2021 and later became the CEO of the same company until 2023. With a notable background as a Military Officer in the United States Air Force from 1996 to 2017, Melanie is also involved in various influential roles, including a position with the National Space Council Users' Advisory Group and membership in the FAA Commercial Space Transportation Advisory Committee. Currently pursuing advanced degrees at Webster University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Melanie continues to shape the future of space technology and policy.
