Space Industries Limited was founded in 1986 and incorporated in 1991 and is a privately owned limited company operating primarily from its head office in Dorset with regional offices in Hertfordshire, Surrey and Leicestershire. The business comprises of three specialist divisions: Space Construction, Space Mezzanines and Space Planning.

SPACE CONSTRUCTION is a regional main contractor based in Dorset delivering bespoke construction projects across the industrial, commercial, residential, historical, ecclesiastical, leisure and education sectors. With a comprehensive portfolio of delivering both traditional and Design & Build projects, our collaborative working ethos provides construction excellence to the satisfaction of all of our customers. Every one of our projects is actively overseen by a director of the business to ensure that the quality standards on which we pride ourselves are always maintained. 

SPACE MEZZANINES are mezzanine floor specialists providing bespoke space maximisation solutions to a very broad range of clients both nationwide and throughout the EU. With decades of experience, Space Industries is one of the country’s leading and most trusted design and installation specialists for mezzanine flooring systems, associated office fit-outs and cleanrooms and is privileged to have continuously worked for many blue-chip companies, including Sunseeker, Lockheed, Aston Martin and RNLI; all leading organisations in their respective fields. 

SPACE PLANNING is our specialist design service working either autonomously or in conjunction with Space Construction and Space Mezzanines. From conceptual 3D design and CAD outputs, to Building Regulations and Local Authority Planning Applications, our in-house team of designers and technicians offer professional advice and provide added value in developing  designs for all sectors of the industry.
