Rahul Pai

Rahul Pai is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading and delivering complex projects across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Lead - Project Management at Space Matrix since April 2023, Rahul oversees project delivery and operations. Prior roles include Lead - Project Management and Senior Manager - Project Management at Savills India, where responsibilities included overseeing corporate fit-out projects and ensuring adherence to governance processes. Previously, Rahul held management positions at CBRE as Senior Project Coordinator, responsible for budget tracking, procurement management, and project documentation. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Engineer at Solas Marine Services Group and Commissioning Engineer at Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals LTD. Rahul earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology and an Associate’s Degree in Science from St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University).
