Beth Reddaway

Beth Reddaway, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass since April 2017. Prior to this role, Beth held the position of HR Manager at Space Needle LLC & Chihuly Garden and Glass from July 1998. Beth's earlier experience includes working as a Staffing Supervisor at Pro Staff from 1996 to 1998 and as a Community Living Program Supervisor at United Cerebral Palsy from August 1995 to June 1996. Beth Reddaway holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Seattle University, obtained between 1993 and 1995, and an Associate of Arts degree from Bellevue College, from 1991 to 1993.
