Nestled in the heart of Edappal, Malappuram, Kerala, SPACE OFF-GRID is a multidisciplinary design studio that transcends traditional boundaries in architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture.

The studio's name embodies its fundamental philosophy: moving beyond strict grids and conventional frameworks to explore a more organic, intuitive approach to design. We believe that great spaces shouldn't be confined by rigid rules — they should flow naturally, responding to human needs and environmental contexts.

At SPACE OFF-GRID, we're spirited about creating spaces that resonate, breathe freely, and foster meaningful connections with their surroundings.

The Principal Architect, Nisham Mohamed, is the Founder of SPACE OFF-GRID, established in 2021. A graduate of MES School of Architecture, Kuttippuram (2013), he brings diverse experience from firms like ar & de, Kochi and Architecture Paradigm, Bangalore, having worked on a range of residential, institutional, and hospitality projects, and is currently engaged with the same.
