Beyond a place for getting work done, your office is your organisation’s cultural lever.

This space impacts employee engagement, wellbeing, talent attraction and retention, business performance and business resilience.

Space Sense is a small consulting practice based in South Africa that helps organisations realise the strategic value of their workplaces. We do this by understanding people and space factors, and aligning them with with organisational performance and vision. This can take the form of a workplace assessment, strategy, a business case for change, structured surveys, workshops, leadership sessions, and other forms of advisory and support.

Space Sense is led by Georgie Chennells, who has over 15 years’ experience in transformative initiatives across architecture, commercial property, and people.

Based in Cape Town and operating across Southern Africa.

Space Sense is a Level 4 B-BBEE small business.
