Mel Stricklan

Melanie Stricklan is currently the Executive Director at Space Workforce 2030, a pioneering alliance that aims to inspire, prepare, and employ a more dynamic and vibrant space workforce. Prior to this, Melanie held positions at The White House, Federal Aviation Administration, University of Texas at Austin, and Slingshot Aerospace. With a background in aerospace engineering and space systems operations management, Melanie's extensive experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Slingshot Aerospace, as well as working as a Military Officer in the United States Air Force. Melanie is also a member of various advisory committees related to space policy and strategy.
