Evan Wise

Evan Wise has been working in the engineering field since 2009. Evan began their career at Berry Plastics Corporation as a Supervisor/Engineering Intern. In 2010, they took an Engineering Intern position at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division. From 2011 to 2017, they worked as a Robotics Engineer at SRG Global, Inc., where they were adept at programming, operating, and troubleshooting FANUC robot systems, Allen-Bradley PLCs, and vision systems. Currently, they are a Senior Mechanical Engineer at SpaceWorks Enterprises, Inc. (SEI), where they are responsible for mechanical design and hands-on fabrication for spaceflight hardware and testing equipment. Evan is currently designing, testing, and installing the thermal protection system for a hypersonic rocket and designing and testing docking connectors for satellites.

Evan Wise attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
