Trying to find decent office space outside of major cities is hard. Everything is beige and boring.

space282 was set up to be different, change with the times, give local people a space they want to work from. You no longer have to commute to London and other cities to have a modern workspace to be proud of. We have created a community, a place individuals come together to help and support each other.

A little bit of Shoreditch in Essex.

OUR MISSION
To help small businesses, entrepreneurs, freelancers and those trying to escape the commute. We don’t just offer an office, but the support of the community, encouragement to believe and the ability to get stuff done.

We believe in ‘re-thinking the way you work’ to get more productive and work smarter to achieve your goals.
