Andrew Cole is the Chief Financial Officer at Space42 and serves as Vice Chairman of the Benelux Business Council in Abu Dhabi. A Big 4 qualified individual, Andrew has extensive experience in IPOs, debt restructuring, and mergers, having successfully listed Yahsat on the Abu Dhabi stock exchange in 2021 and restructured its balance sheet. Currently, Andrew is developing a new growth strategy for Space42 after leading the merger between Yahsat and Bayanat in late 2024. Prior to these roles, Andrew was the Group Financial Controller at SES and held various positions at KPMG, contributing to audits and advisory services for major global clients. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in French and German from Aston University and an Executive MBA from The University of Edinburgh.
