Stephen Farmer

Stephen Farmer serves as the Vice President of Compliance, Risk, and Governance at Space42, overseeing governance, risk, and compliance for AI-powered SpaceTech solutions since October 2024. Prior to this role, Stephen was the Group General Counsel at Neuron Mobility, responsible for managing legal, risk, and compliance functions while scaling operations internationally from November 2019 to April 2024. Stephen's earlier experience includes positions as Head of Legal & Compliance and Board Secretary at Export Finance Australia, where responsibilities encompassed legal and compliance matters in project and corporate financing from June 2012 to July 2019, as well as roles at Allens and Allen & Overy focusing on project finance and cross-border transactions. Stephen holds an LLB/BA in Law and International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney and a GAICD in Corporate Governance from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
