Ananth Subba

Ananth Subba has been working in the tech industry since 2007. Ananth started their career as a Software Engineer at Wipro Technologies. In 2009, they moved to Nokia Siemens Networks as a Core & VAS Engineer. In 2011, they joined Aztech Technologies as an R & D Firmware Engineer, and in 2012 they moved to Honeywell as a Firmware Engineer. In 2016, they were promoted to Platform Architect at Honeywell. In 2018, they joined National University of Singapore, ISS as an Adjunct Faculty. Currently, they are Co-Founder & CTO of SpaceAge Labs, a Singaporean IoT Startup. Ananth is responsible for building a hardware & software platform that will make it easier and cheaper (compared to traditional cellular) for customers to collect data or send alerts/messages from standard machines, instruments, sensors and meters installed in remote places - over low power networks (LPWAN).

Ananth Subba completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy from 2003 to 2007. Subsequently, they completed a Master of Science in Communication Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2011. Ananth also attended Vignan Junior college, Kondapur. In 2012, Subba obtained a Certified Wireless Network Administrator certification from CWNP. In 2013, they obtained a Certified Wireless Security Professional (CWSP) certification from CWNP.
