Masoud H.

Masoud H. has a long and varied work experience. Masoud began as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Thermoelasticty Center of Excellence in 2010. In 2014, they completed an Internship at AS Composite and was also a Graduate Research Assistant at the Composite Research Network. From 2017 to 2019, Masoud H. was a Mechanical Design Resource at Vision Composites Inc., where they designed and developed fiber reinforced polymer composite laminates and prepared a technical/business proposal. In 2018, they became an Adjunct Professor at The University of British Columbia. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Mechanical Systems Lead at Alpha Insights.

Masoud H. completed their B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic from 2007 to 2011. Masoud then went on to earn their M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the same university from 2011 to 2013. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia from 2014 to 2017.
