Madhavi Shankar

Madhavi Shankar has extensive work experience in the technology, retail, and marketing industries. Madhavi began their career in 2011 as a Marketing and Communications Officer at Wings Brand Activations(I) Pvt. Ltd. In 2012, they joined Vodlo as a Product Manager for the Asia-Pacific Region, where they were responsible for building, scaling, and deploying SkyLoud and StoreLink. In 2018, they became Co-Founder and CEO of SpaceBasic, Inc. In 2019, they joined the Board Committee of 1M2030 at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). In 2021, they joined the Advisory Board at CMR Institute of Technology. Finally, in 2022, they became an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council.

Madhavi Shankar has an extensive educational background. Madhavi began their studies in 2006, when they attended National Public School and obtained a High School degree with a Science Major. In 2008, they graduated from Visvesvaraya Technological University with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. In 2012, they obtained a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Technology Sydney, followed by a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Technology Management in 2014. Madhavi also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law from the National Law School of India University in 2014. In 2016, they earned a JIRA Agile - Scrum Master certification from JIRA Scrum Master. In 2018, they obtained a National Conference on Security in New Product Development certification from Garden City University. In 2019, they earned a National Conference on Innovative Management Practices certification from Koshy's Business School, as well as an Honorary Doctorate in Information Technology from Mother Teresa Virtual University for Peace & Education | JBR Harvard.
