Rick Sanford

Rick Sanford is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at SpaceBilt since March 2024, Rick leads initiatives focused on fully reusable spacecraft with significant cost reductions through advanced designs. Prior to this role, Rick held multiple senior positions at Beyond Gravity, including President of Beyond Gravity USA and Vice President of Global Business Development. Rick also served as VP of Global Services at Eutelsat America Corp. and has been an influential board member at Space Micro Inc. and the International Space University. With a strong background in business development and strategy across various companies, Rick specializes in new market creation and technology architectures, contributing to significant advancements in the space industry. Educational qualifications include studies at the International Space University, Strayer College, and the Community College of the Air Force.
