Yael Maori

Yael Maori is currently the Chief People Officer at AMOS-Spacecom, where they lead cross-functional initiatives and serve as an extension of the CEO. With extensive experience in project management, Yael has previously held positions such as Operational Director at HOT, where they managed a team of project managers and developed work processes to enhance customer service. Prior to that, at Pelephone, they established a new call center and managed various teams, contributing to significant improvements in service quality. Yael also served as Service Assurance Manager at Gilat Satcom, overseeing a technical support center and collaborating with global strategic customers. They hold an M.A. in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Social Sciences from Bar Ilan University.
