Tim Thenhaus has worked as a Solutions Engineer for Spacee since 2022. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Site Design Electro-Mechanical Engineer and Fabricator for Nokia, where they designed and fabricated cell sites and fully functional plug and play cabinets, as well as prepared all documentation BOMs and MOPs and performed quoting functions for these designs. From 2003 to 2017, they worked as a Technical Trainer for Nokia, performing technical training classes across the USA in cell site construction and network integration, as well as developing training materials and troubleshooting equipment and software. From 1996 to 2003, they worked at THT Tech Inc. as an Electrical Engineer and Automotive Engineer. As an Electrical Engineer, they trained and documented all new TMO installers and validated field crews, as well as assisted in creating and updating training documentation. As an Automotive Engineer, they created a custom automobile from scratch, complete with all modern TOYOTA conveniences, including a custom frame, power anti-lock power disc brakes, power steering, electric windows, custom aftermarket computer, and a 350hp turbo charged engine.
Tim Thenhaus obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas between 1988 and 1992. In December of 2019, they obtained three certifications from LinkedIn: Acting Decisively, Being Positive at Work, and Managing Stress for Positive Change.
