Danielle Murphy

Danielle Murphy has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Danielle currently works at Spacelift as a DevOps Support Engineer, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they were a Crypto Support Analyst at Coinbase from January 2022 to February 2023.

Before entering the tech industry, Danielle worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Technical Support Associate from August 2020 to January 2022. In this role, they provided customer-oriented service, ensured a high-quality level of support, and advocated for customers' needs.

Danielle also gained experience in sales and marketing. Danielle worked at Evergreen silk plants as a Sales and Marketing Specialist from March 2018 to November 2021. Additionally, they had roles at USIT School Tours/USIT Group Tours, including a Junior Sales position from July 2019 to May 2020 and an Office Administrator role from December 2018 to July 2019. In these positions, they oversaw sales processes, met sales targets, provided excellent customer service, and liaised with suppliers.

Danielle Murphy earned a Higher Diploma in Computer Science with Web and Cloud applications from Dublin Business School between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Geography at Maynooth University from 2014 to 2017. In addition to their degrees, Danielle has obtained various certifications including Technical Support Fundamentals from Google in August 2020, Sales Training: Building Your Sales Career from HubSpot in August 2019, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2021.
