Spacely is committed to making space accessible to everyone, not just the highly trained or highly skilled. We believe including more people enhances ideas and promotes a more vibrant space economy for the future. Opening additional pathways for participation and gaining contributions from all disciplines and backgrounds we've developed here on Earth will be just as important in space.

To support these goals, while sitting squarely at the intersection of the future of work and the aerospace industry, Spacely is advancing an online, on-demand platform marketplace matching people passionate about complex work that can bring us together with those who recognize the value of reaching outside of their organization to help solve challenging problems. Curating a Talent as a Service model from the Human Cloud, Spacely brings forward different backgrounds and different opinions and looks at problems from an outside perspective. We connect diverse voices to the aerospace industry so that our industry can continue to innovate and push the boundaries of the final frontier further than we ever have before.
