At SPACEMRKT, we are dedicated to transforming underutilised places and spaces into vibrant cultural and community hubs.
Our focus is on fostering social interaction, cultural enrichment, and economic activity. We collaborate with a wide range of partners, from local artists to all levels of government and property owners, to revitalise areas and engage communities effectively.
Our innovative approach ensures that each project supports local development and contributes significantly to the broader cultural fabric of the area.

Beyond property activation, we play a crucial role in urban renewal by consulting with local councils to guide their high street tenanting strategies. Our ongoing collaborations with the City of Subiaco and the City of Fremantle are particularly important, as our expertise helps shape vibrant and active urban environments.
These areas not only attract visitors, but also support local businesses, positioning SPACEMRKT as a leader in urban cultural development.
