Amritaa Ray

Amritaa Ray's work experience begins in 2013 at Genpact, where they worked as a Process Associate. Their responsibilities included reviewing purchase requisitions, generating purchase orders, conducting audits, and contributing to training materials. From 2017 to 2018, Amritaa worked as a Graduate Assistant at UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business, where they provided research support, performed comparative analyses, and evaluated student performances. In 2018, they had an internship as a Product and Strategy Analyst at SPACES - Don't park. Find a Space. Here, they gained experience in analyzing historical parking demand and consumer buying behavior. Amritaa then joined SPACES in 2019 as a Data and Strategy Manager. In this role, they assisted in the design and development of an application, conducted market research, and ensured a smooth consumer UI experience. Currently, Amritaa is serving as the VP - Business Development & Tech Integration at SPACES, where they head the business development team and sets the direction and strategy for improving business processes and resource efficiency.

Amritaa Ray completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Analytics from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business. Amritaa pursued this program from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Calcutta University, Kolkata, which they attended from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Amritaa Ray also obtained a certification in "Fundamentals of Visualization with Tableau" from Coursera in June 2019.
