Dec Kickham

Dec Kickham is a design-led product leader currently serving as the Director of Product at Spacetalk, where they lead product initiatives across a connected ecosystem of hardware, software, and services. They have previously held roles at the Boston Consulting Group and Rival Strategy, where they designed services for multinational firms. Dec co-founded BearGains and was a Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First, where they built an AI platform. Their career began at Donellis Café Restaurant, where they gained diverse experience from a young age. Dec is also pursuing education at the Royal College of Art.
