Alexander Yared

Alexander Yared is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in avionics and automation sectors. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer for the Ground Segment at SpaceX since October 2019, Yared has effectively managed engineering teams and developed training programs while overseeing testing for Falcon and Dragon vehicle avionics. Prior roles include Lead Test Software Engineer and Avionics Test Engineer II at SpaceX, where significant advancements in software reduced testing times substantially. Yared's earlier experience includes systems engineering at DMC Engineering, technology specialization at Wolf Greenfield, and research internships at Merck and Physical Sciences Inc. Yared holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tufts University.
