Andrew Czap

GNC Engineer II

Andrew Czap is a GNC Engineer with extensive experience in Guidance, Navigation, and Control systems across various aerospace organizations. Currently serving as a GNC Engineer II at SpaceX since November 2023, Andrew focuses on Starshield ADCS. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at Phantom Space from November 2021 to October 2023, where leadership in developing a 6DOF model and simulation for the Daytona launch vehicle was demonstrated. Previous positions include Senior GNC Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where Andrew led simulation efforts for several missile programs, and GNC Engineer at Modern Technology Solutions, developing models for missile interceptors for the Missile Defense Agency. Andrew's engineering career began at Northrop Grumman, initially as a Structural Engineer before transitioning to GNC roles. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology.
