Andy R has over 15 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership, beginning with a role as a Web Developer at Ender-IT from 2005 to 2007. Andy then served as a Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman, where involvement in battlefield communications and operations occurred, followed by a position as Senior Software Engineer managing mission control systems at Northrop Grumman's Ground Station. At Orbital Sciences Corporation (now Orbital ATK) from 2016 to 2018, Andy focused on advanced aerospace technologies and supported critical missions. From 2018 to 2022, Andy held the position of Chief Technology Officer at LexerdTek, leading business development in applied R&D for both military and commercial sectors. Currently, as a Project Manager in Software Engineering for Starlink Systems at SpaceX, Andy manages engineering teams dedicated to enhancing communications systems for space applications.
