Ashkan Borna is an RFIC/mmWave engineer at SpaceX, where they have contributed to the development of the Starlink project since its inception. They previously worked as a Senior Engineer at Qualcomm from 2013 to 2015 and served as a Mixed-Signal Design Architect at Apple, focusing on depth-sensing camera modules. Ashkan holds a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology and the University of California, Berkeley, respectively, where they also obtained a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
