Austin Evans

Austin Evans is a lead test equipment engineer at SpaceX, where they presently oversee equipment testing. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, which they earned in 2020. Prior to their current role, Austin gained experience as a prototype design intern at Rivian and as an engineering intern at Advanced Geotechnical Solutions AGS, where they developed skills in prototype building and material testing. Austin is passionate about fostering teamwork and learning within engineering environments.
