Ben MacWilliams

Ben MacWilliams is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and space sectors, currently serving as the Director of Starlink Market Access at SpaceX since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of Principal, Global Telecom and Space at DLA Piper from January 2023 to January 2024. Ben's tenure at SpaceX began in July 2021, where roles included Senior Starlink Market Access Manager for the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Eurasia, as well as Starlink Infrastructure Manager for the Middle East and South Asia. Ben’s career also includes advising at the U.S. Department of State from January 2012 to July 2021 and consulting for Helios Global Inc. in 2011. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Maryland and has furthered education at American University in Dubai.
