Ben Thompson is currently the Manager of Starship Launch Hardware Fabrication at SpaceX, overseeing the machining, prefabrication, tooling, and industrial paint teams for Cape Canaveral operations. With a strong technical foundation and extensive experience in operations, Ben has previously served as Director of Operations at Arnott® Air Suspension Products and Manufacturing Manager at Dresser-Rand. They have also held roles as a Tool and Die Manager and Technical Operations Manager across various organizations.
