Benjamin Easter, MD, MS, MBA, is currently a Space Operations Physician at SpaceX. They previously served as a Deputy Element Scientist for NASA’s Exploration Medical Capability from 2018 to 2024. Earlier in their career, Benjamin held various academic roles at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, including Instructor and Associate Professor in Emergency Medicine. They completed their Emergency Medicine residency at Denver Health Medical Center from 2011 to 2015 and hold advanced degrees in Aerospace Engineering, Medicine, and Business Administration from prestigious institutions including the University of Colorado Boulder, Harvard Medical School, and Princeton University.
