Carissa Bailey has extensive experience in event management and diversity initiatives. From 2012 to 2014, Carissa served as a Manager for Conferences at the Association of National Advertisers, overseeing logistics for numerous events. Currently, they hold the position of Manager for the Diversity & Inclusion Program at SpaceX. Carissa earned a Bachelor's degree in Media, Culture & Communications from NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development.
